Dissertation Title:  Women and Political Participation in Manipur, India

Shruti Mukherjee is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies. Her dissertation examines the relationships between NGOs and grassroots women's collectives in militarized conflict zones in India.
