Jennifer McCauley is the STRIDE Program Coordinator. She has been in this position since the inception of the NSF-funded graduate training program. She holds a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology and a master's in career development. Her research interests lay in matters of diversity--particularly in making STEM programs more diverse and equitable for women and underrepresented groups.
