Dissertation Title: From Embodiment to Intercorporeality: The Dancing Body as Invitation and as Interruption
Can you tell us, in general terms, about your research?
My work is focused on how social and political philosophy invites or interrupts various notions of the body and embodiment.
What advice would you offer to new teachers finding their voice in the classroom?
Feel free to be experimental and inventive by trying lots of different strategies in the classroom. Students recognize and appreciate when there is care and attention paid to how each class plan unfolds.
